Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

When you buy, we ask for your email address. It is used for one purpose: to send you the download link for what you bought, and any note that goes with it, such as a file password.

There are no accounts on this shop, no newsletter sign-up at checkout, and no database. This site does not store your email address.

Where your details are held

  • The payment provider’s order record. Razorpay for payments in rupees, PayPal for payments in US dollars. They hold your email address and the payment details you give them, under their own privacy policies (Razorpay, PayPal). Your card, UPI or PayPal details never reach this site.
  • Resend’s send log. Resend is the service that sends the delivery email. Its log records the address the email went to and whether it was delivered, under its privacy policy.
  • Vercel’s server logs. Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability, under its own privacy policy.

How long it is kept

This site sets no retention period for your email address because it never stores it. The payment providers, Resend and Vercel keep their records for as long as their own policies and the law that applies to them require.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie of its own, shop_currency, which remembers whether you chose to see prices in INR or USD. The payment provider’s checkout may set its own cookies when you pay.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased, by writing to hello@yedidstudio.com. Some payment records are kept by the payment provider because the law requires it, and erasure cannot remove those.

You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to, and where we rely on your consent for something, you can withdraw it at any time.
