Refund policy

Our products are digital files, so a sale is final once the download is complete.

If a file does not work as described

We will fix it or refund you in full. That means a file that will not open, a download that is missing something the product page lists, or contents that do not match the description.

If your download never arrives

If your download link never arrives, or does not work the first time you use it, write to us at any time and we will send the file again. If we cannot, we refund you in full. Download links expire 7 days after purchase by design; after that, write to us and we will send a fresh one.

How to ask

For a file that does not work as described, within 14 days of purchase, email hello@yedidstudio.com and tell us what is not working. If you can, write from the address you used at checkout and include the payment reference from your receipt, so we can find your order quickly. We reply within one working day. If the file does not work as described and we have not sent you a working one within 7 days of your email, we refund you in full to your original payment method: Razorpay for payments made in rupees, PayPal for payments made in US dollars.

If we refund you

Your licence to use the files ends, and you must delete your copies.

Your legal rights

The 14 days is how long this promise runs. It does not reduce any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
