Refund policy

If the product is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you will get one. One email. No form, no reason required, no questions about what you tried.

Yes, even though you already downloaded it

A digital file cannot be returned, so a refund policy that quietly excludes downloaded files is a policy nobody can ever use. This is not one of those.

How to ask

Email hello@yedidstudio.com from the address you used at checkout, with the payment reference from your receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method: Razorpay for payments made in rupees, PayPal for payments made in US dollars.

What we ask in return

Stop using the files, and delete your copy. We are trusting you on that, the same way you are trusting us on the refund.

The one limit

Repeated buying and refunding across multiple products is the one thing that gets turned down. If that happens you will be told plainly, and told why.
