Who you are buying from

What you are buying
A digital file, or a set of files, delivered by download after payment. Nothing physical ships. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Prices and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page when you pay. Payments in Indian rupees are taken by Razorpay and payments in US dollars by PayPal. Your card, UPI or PayPal details go to that provider, not to this site. A product that shows no price in a currency cannot be bought in that currency.
Delivery
Once the payment provider confirms your payment, a download link appears on screen and is emailed to the address you give at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us and we will send it directly. A delivery failure is never a reason you lose what you paid for.
Some files are password protected. Where that applies, the password is shown on the confirmation screen and in the delivery email, not inside the download.
What you may do with it
You get a commercial licence. You may use what is inside a product in your own work, including work you are paid for, for as many clients and projects as you like, with no royalty or further payment. You may adapt the prompts, checklists, templates and methods, use them across your own organisation, and quote short passages with attribution.
You may not:
- resell, give away or redistribute the files, in whole or in substantial part
- republish the written text as your own writing
- share your download link or a file password with anyone outside your organisation
- train, fine-tune or index an AI model on the files to produce or sell something that competes with them
In short: the ideas are yours to use and earn from. The files are not yours to sell. If you are not sure whether something is allowed, write and ask.
Refunds
See the refund policy. 30 days, no reason required, downloaded files included.
What we promise about the content
Our products are research, analysis and working methods. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not promise you an income. Where a product makes a factual claim, it cites its source so you can check it.
Where a product analyses a named person, company or offer, it is independent work, not affiliated with or endorsed by anyone named in it.
Your data
We collect only what is needed to sell you a file and deliver it. See the privacy notice.
Changes
If these terms change, the change applies to purchases made after it. It never applies backwards to something you have already bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
